Individual Ideas are Not the Problem

"In these days, I'm involved in a common project based on personal projections and desires than in needs. My personal objective is more to recognize what I do and why I do something when my decisions are bizarre face my frustrations.  The common project is a professional project that reach define the profile of a professional capable to resolve today and future questions. Is may be a simple question, but if all responses are clear for each one of the individuals, the problem start when I try to list (not to compile or merge) the features. No one agrees with the position in the list or the place in a subgroup. The personal concept is very different of the definition and the projection sometimes is not important... is, for somebody, the today.

In other spaces, the personal ideas are clear (or sounds clear). However, in the social confrontation (and merge) starts the problem. Human as social entity, interact with others in accordance with personal needs and causalities. Also, Human interact with the nature and other systems, but, for this post, I leave the human ambient framed. So, however the individual ideas clear, the problem with the organisation and orchestration of the ideas to common purposes is very hard. Sometimes, with different language, the ideas could be merge but the author and the inter-actor can not find common points, sometimes by ego, sometimes by differences in the language used.  Then, in this situation we can find a interpreter (not and leader) or more effectiveness, a tyrant.

When we find the definition of tyrant with words as cruel, oligarchy or harsh..., but, also, it exist the phase: "place her own interest over the other interests or general interests". An interesting phrase in common projects based in ideas. And on the other hand, the tyrant manages to unit all people against it, so, in one academic context is a good motivator to merge ideas and to reach the common language to transcend the idea to a project.

My final point is very simple, individual ideas are important, but, common projects based in ideas of individuals is more important. Social environments, social contexts to define solutions or visions is a mesh..., but it's necessary to treat it."
